Mr Bill Norton

Bio

Bill Norton - Bill Norton was educated at Winchester and Magdalene College, Cambridge (with national service in Germany).
He spent some years in the Diplomatic Service, partly in the Middle East, before moving to the Treasury. He is a member of the Alpine Club and Chatham House, and has held two art exhibitions in London. He is an Hon. Secretary of the Society.
