Bio RICHARD MUIR Richard Muir was Ambassador to Kuwait from 1999 to 2002 when he retired from the Diplomatic Service. He has since worked on issues related to Iraq for the Interfaith Foundation. He lectured regularly in Kuwait on Britain’s historic links with the Persian Gulf
