| Bio | Roger Montgomery, an American by origin, has become a permanent UK resident. After obtaining a PhD in Agricultural Economics from Cornell University, he worked in Indonesia for 14 years for Hunting Technical Services Ltd. (Hertfordshire) on rural assignments funded by the World Bank, the Asian Development Bank and UNDP. He speaks fluent Indonesian and is now an independent consultant. |
