| Bio | Dr Kuleshov has been a member of the Institute of Far Eastern Studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences since 1971, having worked earlier in the Soviet Ministry of Foreign Trade. He has had a long-standing interest in the international relations of Central Asia, in particular those between Russia, China and Tibet, and is the author of several scholarly publications dealing with various aspects of these relationships. |
