| Bio | Paul Dimond was a British diplomatist for almost 42 years, retiring after serving as British Ambassador to the Philippines from 2002 to 2004. He had previously served for a total of 16 years in Japan, where he was Commercial Counsellor from 1989 to 1993, at The Hague and at Los Angeles. He now works for the British Neurological Research Trust and is a Director of Intralink and Japan 21. He is also a member of the Philippine-British Business Council. |
