Dr Sally N Cummings

Bio Sally N. Cummings is a Lecturer in the Department of Politics, University of Edinburgh. Her publications include Kazakhstan: Centre-Periphery Dynamics (Chatham House and Brookings Institution, 2000), Power and Change in Central Asia (ed., Routledge, forthcoming 2001), and Kosovo: Perceptionsof Warand lts Aftermath (co-ed., Continuum, forthcoming 2001).
