| Bio | Datuk Dr Paddy Bowie studied at the universities of Manchester and Oxford and recently obtained a doctorate from Mellen University (USA). Of British extraction, she has Malaysian nationality and has spent forty-six years in Malaysia, where she runs a strategic consultancy and is in-country manager for the Economist Conferences Unit and a well-known political analyst. She has also worked for Shell, of which she became Group Trade Relations Director. She is a frequently published writer and speaker. |
